１．同窓会年会費は￥１０，０００です。（Membership fees are 10,000yen a year.）
ただし、３０歳以下の会員は、￥５，０００円です。(Members of 30 years old or younger, 5,000yen a year)

２．入会希望の方は下記の登録用紙に記載の上、UCB日本同窓会事務局に郵送またはFaxしてください。振替用紙をお送りします。（If you wish to join UCBJAA, please fill out the registration form below and send or fax it to UCBJAA Office. A postal transfer form will be sent to you.）
